Click'd uses Firebase for functionality and real-time data syncing. Firebase may collect anonymized device or usage data as per their own Privacy Policy.

We do not use:

• Facebook SDK
• Stripe/PayPal
• Any third-party ad or marketing networks

9. Children's Privacy

Click'd is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 17. If we learn we've inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

10. Legal Compliance

Although Click'd is currently developed for use in the United States, we aim to uphold best practices in data protection and privacy. We do not currently fall under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or India's DPDP Act, but will update this policy if our user base expands to these regions.
