Welcome to Click'd – an app built to help couples enhance their relationships through fun, creativity, and meaningful interactions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Click'd mobile application ("App") provided by Click'd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Click'd. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. User Account & Registration
- You may be required to create an account using your email or Google credentials.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use Click'd only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Upload or share content that is offensive, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the app or its servers.
- Misuse app features in a way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
- All content, design, features, and trademarks on Click'd are owned by or licensed to us.
- You retain ownership of the content you create or upload in the app (e.g., notes, images), but you grant us a limited license to use, display, and store that content as needed to operate the app.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
5. Privacy
Your use of Click'd is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the app, you consent to our privacy practices.
6. Firebase & Permissions
Click'd uses third-party services like Firebase to provide core functionality. You may be prompted to grant permissions for features like:
- Camera access
- Photo library
- Location services
- Notifications
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.
7. Termination of Use
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Click'd at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason without prior notice or liability.
- You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Click'd is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- The app being error-free or available at all times
- Suitability for your specific needs or relationships
- Security or reliability of any transmitted data
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click'd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or relationship outcomes.
